-Pricing structures reflect departmental support for state education while ensuring programs remain financially sustainable for all visiting groups.

SREEC understands that finalising numbers for camp can sometimes be challenging. Wherever possible, we aim to support schools to ensure students can participate in camp and experience learning on Country.

If student numbers change after the initial confirmation between SREEC and the visiting school, schools are required to update their group lists with SREEC as soon as possible.

For programming and accommodation costs, SREEC will invoice schools only for the number of students and staff who attend the camp.

For catering costs, as ingredients and resources must be ordered in advance, SREEC will invoice schools based on the most recently updated numbers provided by the visiting school by midday on the Friday of the week prior to the camp commencing.

Campus on Country (Whole School P-6) incurs a $50 per student based on day 8 numbers.
