In this section, you will find out information about our accommodation, dining facilities, buildings and classrooms, Somerset Dam and camping. Stanley River Environmental Education Centre uses a range of measures to reduce our ecological footprint in the areas of waste, water and power.

Our equipment includes:
- Two food preparation areas including stoves, fridges, freezer and microwave
- all cooking and kitchen utensils/equipment
- plates, bowls, cups and cutlery (students to BYO for camp-out night)
- indoor and outdoor dining areas
- gas barbecue
- area for campfires
- composting toilets
- hot showers
- bunks for 40 people
- reference library
- display room (local habitats, pioneering, conservation)
- indoor wet weather area with data projector for slides, talks, activities.
