Learning spaces
We have the following buildings and areas for use by school and community groups:
Em's Cottage was once part of an old school and is now used as a theatre for watching dvds and presentations. The theatre is equipped with a data projector, laptop computer, screen and speakers. The theatre is not wheelchair accessible.
We have two wheelchair accessible activities rooms. One is carpeted and the second has a vinyl floor. These rooms are used for pottery, story telling, boomerang making and many other curriculum activities.
We have two areas where class groups can meet for various activities.
Students can experience a taste of life in days gone by. The Pioneer Farm program introduces students to the use of a brace and bit, butter churns, cross cut saws and more.
In the event of inclement weather the dining room can be used for various activities.
